Property Matchmaking
Steve works with homebuyers to identify properties that meet their needs, preferences, and budget. He searches daily to find newly listed or coming soon homes that fit your search criteria and arranges tours of the properties if you're interested in viewing.
Offer Preparation and Expert Negotiator
When you find a property that checks all the boxes, Steve will help with the preparation of an offer utilizing his local market knowledge and advising you terms for making a strong offer. He will then, use his expert negotiation skills to sort out any contingencies, terms, or repairs desired throughout the homebuying process.
Availability from First Contact to After the Purchase
You can count on Steve to be there to answer your questions or address your concerns throughout the homebuying process, from the first phone call to after closing on your new home. He strives for the ultimate flexibility and availability when helping his clients with their real estate goals.
The ABR® designation is awarded through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, or REBAC, which was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer-representation skills and services. REBAC is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
